GDS 80 driers are available in different size and thermal power values. They should be installed in ceramic lines for quick heating-up and/or drying of cermamic tiles just after enameling or decoration. They are suitable for system for which high power is required in a limited space. Drier burner has a metal fiber heater for a fire-free catalytic combustion and radiant emission within the medium infrared range and very low harmful emissions (nearly free). Its thermal inertia is close to zero. GDS drier is automatically stopped by a timed photocell if the production line conveys no tiles. The drier is fuelled with methane or LPG and is equipped with all safety devices as specified in current standards in force.
