DPV - Vibrating channel dosing system
The DPV series dosing systems are recommended for dosing powdery materials with medium-low flow rates.
The machines consist of a storage hopper, a feed device and a scale that controls the loss in weight during product discharge.
For every type of dosing system there is a wide range of motor drives and customisations suited to the process.
When the scale is combined with the suitable electronic control unit, the machine can operate in loss-in-weight batching mode and/or continuous mode with controlled flow rate (in the latter, hopper refill is controlled by the electronic control unit with no need to interrupt the batching process).
