DPN/C - Enclosed belt dosing system

The DPN-C series dosing system are recommended for dosing powdery materials with medium-low flow rates.
The machines consist of a storage hopper, a feed device and a scale that controls the loss in weight during product discharge.
For every type of dosing system there isa wide range of motor drives and customisations suited to the process.
The enclosure ensures that only the minimum amount of powders are dispersed into the environment.
When the scale is combined with the suitable electronic control unit, the machine can operate in loss-in-weight batching mode and/or continuous mode with controlled flow rate (in the latter, hopper refill is controlled by the electronic control unit with no need to interrupt the batching process).
