The MAMBA 365 not only integrates weight and speed variables to generate the instantaneous flow rate per hour and the total weight, but also performs the function of automatic flow rate regulator.
MAIN FUNCTIONS OF MAMBA 365
The C-Lever flow rate meter is recommended for flow measurements of a wide range of granulometries, densities and physical characteristics of solid, powder or granular particles.
It is a compact device that can be mounted downstream of the product and is completely airtight, preventing any emission of dust into the surrounding environment.
The product falls onto a circular-shaped measuring paddle and proceeds with a variation in its course from which the load cell, connected to the paddle, detects the centripetal force which is directly proportional to the flow.
The meter is combined with the MAMBA 365 microprocessor which supplies information regarding the flow, i.e., instantaneous flow rate, total flow rate and alarms. Availability of flow rate analogue signals (0/4 - 20 mA, 0-10 V), serial ports for communication, analogue inputs and 1/0 per relay.
The microcontroller can be used in either total count mode or flow rate controller mode with direct control of the upstream feeder.
Also available in stainless steel and ATEX execution.
