The DES machine is designed for the automatic, continuous application of fluid disinfectant in seed treatment plants. It provides fluid concentrate and water metering based on continuous seed feed rate measurements taken by the weigh belt at machine infeed.
The operator simply needs to adjust seed feed rate using a potentiometer available on the panel to control weigh belt inverter drive and select two settings: the percentage of diluted solution required per seed batch, and the ratio of fluid concentrate to water.
Throughput ranges from 10,000 to 25,000 kg/h of wheat seeds with 0.78kg/cu dm specific weight. Fluid pumps deliver up to 1% of weight each, for a maximum delivery rate of 250 litres per hour for both water and fluid concentrate.

The machines of the SUP series are designed for humidifying dry enamels by increasing the percentage of water that they contain.
It mainly consists of 4 parts:
- bag holder frame with telescopic trellis for height adjustment;
- dry enamels conveyor belt;
- humidification chamber equipped with adjustable nozzles, adjuster for dry enamel vein width, side inspection door and water drains;
- electric panel for automated management and control: can be customised.

“Grain” pigments are currently very popular for the production of outdoor concrete floors as they make system cleaning easier and change-over times shorter.
STAD DPT machine is an automatic dispenser for grain pigments. Two different versions are available: with 5dm3 weighing device or 12dm3 weighing device. Both versions have up to 4 dispensing stations. Each model is extandable up to 4 stations. A weighing machine controls every single color up to preset value and slow control through bleeding up to set value less fall value.
Dispenser can have two different capacities according to set values and required accuracy (+/- 10g for small dispensers and +/- 20g for big dispenser). DPT outputs is 20 cycles/hour approximately. The machine has a microprocessor-based electric panel wich can save up to 50 different 4 component formulas (15 formulas can be selected through outer BCD contacts), an interface terminal board for the main system to recall the required formulas, start a dispensing cycle, download the formula, receive and transmit alarms and start air-operated conveyor to the mixer, if fitted.
The machine is equipped with 100-l loading chamber for manual load of bagged pigments. In case of big bag, the machine can be fitted with special lattice unloading devices. The system can be equipped either with 7dm3 or 15dm3 power unit for sending the formula to the mixer through air-operated thivk-bed low-pressure conveyor. Two mixers can also be fitted if an air-operating two-way exchanging unit and all required pipes are also fitted.

Gate valve is a simple device used for closing / opening channels for material flow.
Either powder material or pellets can be used.

The compressed air dispensing shutter has been designed and manufactured to unload and dispensing material taken from containers of different types (storage bins, buckets, hoppers and the like).
It is suitable for unloading very abrasive materials in bulk.
Its bearing structure consists of a profiled sheet body and a split-ring shutter controlled by a double action air-operated cylinder.
A round or rectangular retaining flange -depending on customer's needs- is fitted on top.
The air operated opening system is controlled by solenoid valves and mechanical stops.
