CDS - Dosing with screw
STAD weigh screw feeders are designed for continuous batching of powdery products with hourly flow rates set by the user and controlled by our COBRA 365 control unit.
The machine has three main components:
- support frame suited to requirements of customer’s plant;
- weigh screw feeder designed to specifications according to material to be dosed and desired flow rate;
- electric panel providing total cycle control , can be customised to meet customer needs and interfaced with pre-existing plant systems.
On request, the machine can be fitted with level indicators upstream of the plant to monitor product in feeding buffer, diverter valves for material recovery and flow switches to control clogging.
